Very slow growth and working style of the company high and high pressure for target and this is because of customer dissatisfied. Company is changing the targets year on year but but not giving proper growth what i want according to jab some times we work hard and giving to 12 t0 14 hours also manager do not value of the work some times when i i achieve more then our targe5 but they never appreciate neither they convey my suggestion to higher authority....Read More

Work Details

Really its challenging job, every morning we have to plan for a day , for new sourcing of clients we have to gerate through cold calling , referrals and campaigns.but it is a good learning experience
