Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Worst work environment they will make you work till you are completely exhausted and give you too much pressure and will insult you in the same time. They are complete frauds they make fake promises and use cheap strategies to extract money from client's / parents and will give assurance of good classes.
For instance, after leaving the job I got call from one parent scolding me as if they were robbed in return of providing classes. They were so pissed to even file a case on doing fraudery. Working with such company who's main motive is to make money without shaping it's work culture is shameful. If you have guts to bluff people and make 1 lakh revenue in one month do join otherwise don't even think of it. The work environment is toxic and it's nothing just telecalling calling people with your own talktime balance and try to convince them to give 50k-1 lakh amount for public speaking course. I mean it's a total bullshit and the managers are pathetic and use insulting tone even you generate revenue.



So it's been a hell of experience and even pay is just a dream if you crack the training which is next to impossible because all they provide is dead leads. They are making their own companies reputation useless and filthy.

This been an honest review as a BDA trainee and for girls it's worst because when you call people with your own number they try to get you into absurd talks by messaging and calling you late nights, so think before you apply here .
