Interview Preparation Tips
Like literally no work standard inside, everything is client based .
If one client says they need a red line then the whole company is drawing redline and the other client is saying blue line then whole company is doing blue line. The difference between the two lines , only the end person have to regularly come upon and change.
For this sake, company made a special department named R&D, but they too inturn so busy that by the time a solution is bought, the whole company is now drawing purple line due to some new client instructions.
