Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume calls to European companies (architecture firms, construction, engineering consultancies) to introduce BIM services.
• Identify client needs, explain BIM offerings, and highlight the benefits of adopting our solutions.
• Focus on addressing client challenges and showcasing BIM's value in improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and project outcomes.
• Conduct initial conversations, assess project requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking in CRM.
• Organize meetings (phone, video, in-person) between clients and relevant team members, considering client availability and time zones.
• Understand client pain points and establish trust to foster long-term relationships.
• Work with sales and business development teams to ensure smooth transitions to deeper discussions.
• Log all communications in the CRM, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
• Provide regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and insights for strategy improvement.
• Monitor feedback to refine outreach strategies and service offerings.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Any Graduate Fresher.
• Technical Experience (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Architectural) will be an advantage
• Proactive and ability to work independently and fast learner
• Good communication skills
• Apart from English knowing German/Spanish/French/Italian/any other local European languages will be an advantage.
