Job Responsibilities: -

Unleash your creativity on technical subjects (no AI dependence here!)
Gather and analyze technical information from various sources to create desired content.
Write technical content for our websites, video scripts, blog posts, brochures, newsletters, training, white papers, project profiles, press releases, case studies, flyers, social media, etc.
Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
Write clear marketing content to promote our services and create brand awareness using SEO guidelines.
Create and update website content as and when needed.
Work closely with the Design & Digital Marketing teams to create content for various campaigns or events.

Technical Writing Skills:

Proven experience creating well-researched, informative content on technical subjects.
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and engaging writing.
Experience tailoring content to the specific needs and interests of target audiences. (e.g., clients, IT professionals, employees).
Experience with various writing styles for different formats (e.g., blog posts, white papers, user manuals).
Can generate SEO-compliant technical content strictly with no AI intervention.
Well versed with English grammar.

SEO Expertise: -

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and principles.
Experience optimizing content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure, titles, tag/meta description creation, and headers.
Experience with incorporating relevant keywords naturally into written content without AI support.
Experience crafting SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and headers.
Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
Familiarity with technical SEO concepts (optional, but a plus).

Content Planning and Collaboration:

Experience planning and creating content calendars.
Understanding different content formats (e.g., social media, blog posts, white papers, case studies) and their purpose in SEO strategy.
Excellent research and information-gathering skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering) and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Expertise in conveying technical concepts with accuracy and relevance to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Skills:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong understanding of web development principles and a strong portfolio of WordPress and Laravel projects.
Proficiency in PHP and experience with a framework like Laravel as well as front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
Strong understanding of the Laravel framework, including Eloquent ORM, Blade templates, and Laravel Mix.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills and attention to detail.
Experience with web hosting environments and deployment processes.
Familiarity with modern build tools and development workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and Ability to work independently.
Experience with building responsive websites.
Must apply best practices regarding website security, scalability, and maintenance.
Knowledge of hosting websites on AWS is a big plus.
