Role Overview :
- We seek a highly skilled Digital Twin Analyst proficient in analyzing IoT sensor, maintenance, and asset static data to build dashboards and predictive models for failure prediction.
- This role is pivotal in enhancing our predictive maintenance capabilities and ensuring high operational efficiency through advanced data analytics.
Job Title : Digital Twin Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Analyze large datasets comprising IoT sensor data, maintenance records, and asset static data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Clean, transform, and prepare data for model building and visualization.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), asset health, maintenance history, and predictive maintenance insights.
- Utilize data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Grafana) to create compelling and informative dashboards.
- Develop and implement predictive models for failure prediction using machine learning techniques (regression, classification, time series analysis).
- Select appropriate algorithms based on data characteristics and business objectives.
- Validate and evaluate predictive models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and generalizability.
- Refine models based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital twin models by integrating data from various sources and implementing logic for simulating asset behavior.
- Collaborate effectively with domain experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital twin technology, predictive maintenance, and data analytics.
- Explore new tools and techniques to improve our capabilities.
- Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, data processing steps, models, and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling (Adjust years of experience as needed).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Grafana).
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with IoT data and predictive maintenance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital twin concepts and technologies is a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with time series analysis and forecasting techniques.
