Tele Caller

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services.
• Address customer queries and concerns professionally and accurately.
• Maintain a detailed record of interactions and follow-ups in the system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or close leads.
• Provide feedback to the management about customer preferences and suggestions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in the required languages.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge for recording call details.

Note: This is a 3-month contractual position with the possibility of extension based on

performance.

Location:

• Hyderabad - Dilshuknagar, AS Rao Nagar, Nizampet
• Vishakhapatnam - Thimmapuram Residential, Dwarka Nagar
• Vijayawada-Benz Circle

Work Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Week Off: Rotational (Saturday and Sunday compulsory working)

Contract Duration: 3 months
