Job Title: Telecaller Sales Support
Job Location: Noida Sector 16A Shift Timings
Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (as per business requirement)
Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to support our Sales team by engaging with customers and students through both outbound and inbound calls. The role involves promoting products/services, addressing customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and students, following up on leads and inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and providing solutions to their needs.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer requirements and introduce relevant products or services.
• Provide detailed information to customers and answer their queries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and support in sales activities. • Document customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Telecaller, ideally in a sales support or customer engagement role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and convince customers effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and a clear, friendly tone.
• Ability to work efficiently in both day and night shifts.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call management tools (preferred).
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to handle objections and turn leads into opportunities.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented.
