Key Responsibilities:
- Counselling Prospective Students: Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person interactions, providing detailed information about AAFT's programs, admission criteria, and campus offerings.
- Guidance & Support: Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and interests to suggest suitable programs and help them understand how AAFT can help achieve their goals.
- Application Process Assistance: Guide students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring they understand each step and have the support they need.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with applicants, their families, and educational advisors, promoting AAFT as an institution of choice.
- Follow-up & Reporting: Regularly follow up with potential applicants, answer questions, and provide updates on their application status. Maintain accurate records of interactions and report on progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (education or counseling-related fields preferred).
- Proven experience in counselling, sales, or a related field; experience in education counseling is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a student-centered approach.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively.
