ABOUT THE COMPANY BMCPL

(BMCPL) is a leading consultancy organization (Since 2005) that specializes in providing services for the improvement of systems including capacity building, implementation of lean tools, ZED Consultancy and MCLS, etc. BMCPL provides consultancy and training services to its clients all over India and internationally through our consultants located in both India and abroad.
• Clientele:- Besides many private and services sector clients, we are providing services to government/semi-government organizations. Some of our government clients are 33 ZILLA PARISHADS, RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT- GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA, OFFICE OF GOVERNOR OF MAHARASHTRA, etc. For the ZILLA parishad project done by us, RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (RDD) has won a National Award.
• About the ZED Scheme: The Ministry of MSME has selected the Quality Council of India (QCI), an autonomous body under Govt. of India for implementing and Monitoring the ZED ( Zero Defect Zero Effect) scheme across India. QCI has selected BMCPL as a ZED and MCLS consulting organization for pan-India operations. The details of the ZED scheme can be seen on govt. website www. zed.msme.gov.in and MCLS scheme can be seen on govt. website www.lean.msme.gov.in
• BMCPL’s Progress on ZED- BMCPL has 500+ MSME clients who have already received ZED Bronze certification and are in the process of getting ZED Silver/Gold certification. So far more than 150 clients have achieved Silver & Gold certification.
• Our Team:- To date, Boon has appointed more than 100 consultants in different parts of India Like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kolkata, Telangana, Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, etc. These consultants have passed the Quality Council of India Examination and have received the ZED Consultant certificate

Job Description - Telemarketer cum Computer Operator

Work Location: Work from Office

Office Location – Lodha Ithink , Lodha Corporate park , Opposite to Xperia mall -421204

Remuneration :- ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month plus handsome incentives

• Qualification:- 5+ years of overall Telecalling experience with 3+ years of Telemarketing
• Any Graduation/ Post Graduation degree.
• Any Industry experience in Telemarketing and calling new clients to fix appointments of marketing team.
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English
• Basic computer skills in MS Excel, and Word

Place of Posting:- Mumbai / MMR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Calling new clients , explaining them the service benefits and fixing appointments for our marketing team
• Establishing good relation with the existing clients
• Reminder calls to exisiting clients for their annual services renewal
• In bound calls for coordination among the team
