Round: Test
Experience: Written round was offline consist of 90 questions to be solved in 90 min and asked section wise : tech, GK+ quant and C. (3 section 30 quest each)
Tips: FOR WRITTEN ROUND :- Most IMPORTANT part of placement is WRITTEN round, we were around 60+ students in total and out of which only 7 were selected for further rounds.. key to crack :- Attempt all the questions (if there is no neg marking) and try to answer the questions accurately.
Duration: 90 minutes
Total Questions: 90

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: questions asked to me :- 1)Tell me about urself 2)About my internship and then suddenly he started asked questions from C- 3)what is BIT FIELD?, MACROS? ,PREPROCESSOR? ,EXTERN? 4)Diff btw char array and int array?Then he switched to embedded system- 5)What are INTERRUPT?, EEPROM? , BAUD RATE? 6)About my Projects 7)Favourite subjects and questions from it (do prepare atleast 2 subjects very well) 8)What is electronics, Telecommunication? 9)diff btw ETNT AND ECE?10)what is your STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS(support your answer with example) 11)where do u see urslf 5 yr from now? 12) hobby? 13) low pointer? then he asked me to ask question: i have asked 2 question: 14)who is your biggest competitor? 15)what is the hierarchy of this job post?
Tips: They will focus on 2 things only :
i)C(most imp) : even it is a core elex company but they will not going to take you if you dont know Cii) PROJECTS: Projects on EMBEDDED SYSTEMS only, more no of projects greater is the chance of your selection and try to explain them in detail as much as u can.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: it was just a formality round if they called you for this round that means u r selected ,they just wanted to know if u r really interested for this job? and u willing to join the company or not
Tips: Have PATIENCE and have faith in urself because " CHANCE IS NEVER LAST IT'S ALWAYS SECOND LAST"

Skill Tips: No doubt if u have good cpi u will get the benifit but for the core companies there is alternative to pointer that is GOOD PROJECTS and always remember nothing is more important than "CONFIDENCE" because confidence doesnt come when u know all the answer but it comes when u ready to face all the question .BEST OF LUCK \m/

Round: Test
Experience: Ist round was writtn round, no neg marking (easy but be accurate),
total questions-90 (divided into 3 section) ,time alloted-90 min.
3 sections r as follows:-
sec A - 30 ques, technical(subjects including EDC,AIC,DLD,basic BEE)
sec B- 15 GK+15 quant(RS agrwal is more than enough )
sec C- 30 ques, bacis C and C++ (very easy)
they will judge u section wise
Tips: Most IMPORTANT part of placement is WRITTEN round, we were around 60-70 students in total and out of which only 7 were selected for further rounds
i suggest u all to prepare very well for this round and try to b very accurate,
solve RS agrawal or arun sharma(level 1 and solved question only) for quantitative aptitude, and for C questions solve from online site INDIABIX , you will find all questions are come from here only

Experience: Next is PI technical and questions asked to me :-
1)Tell me about urself(do include brief intro about your internship if u have done any otherwise no problem)
2)About my internship

Tips: 1ST TECHNICAL
They will focus on 2 things only :
1)C(most imp) : even it is a core elex company but they will not going to take you if you dont know C,
must learn dis topics viz ARRAY, POINTER, STRUCTURE, 4 storage class,from yashwant kanetkar and solve question from INDIABIX

2) PROJECTS: Projects on EMBEDDED SYSTEMS only, as many projects as u have greater is the chance of your selection and try to explain it in detail as much as u can.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: its just a formality round if they called you for this round that means u r selected ,they just wanted to know if u r really interested for this job? and u willing to join there company or not..

Skill Tips: 2 kind of people can crack interviews in core companies,1 having good POINTERS , projects,good technical knowledgesecond having low pointer but MANY PROJECTS+GOOD TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE +CONFIDENCENo doubt i lie on second criteria. After 6th sem my CPI was 7.61 only , therefore i already knew that its gonna be tuff for me to be selected in core company but i have done 10+ projects in EMBEDDED SYSTEMS and INTERNSHIP too, so i found it not a big deal for me,always remember CONFIDENCE is the key..best of luck \m/

Round: Test
Experience: First round of written test is of aptitute and data analysis  . questions are easy 30 questions in 40 . Be fast as time is less.
second round of written test consists of all other section each section involves 15 questions . 
Questions are easy  just go through your syllabus , course books  nothing special . 
If you are preparing for GATE will be really beneficial  .  
for C go trough Depth in C  . very basic questions asked for it.
for MATLAB learn the basic determinant rules questions involved that  .  Only basic of MATLAB  no image processing or higher level programming ..
Tips: attempt ass many as questions .. Try to attempt  all sections  . If you are strong in programming make do attempt C and MATLAB portion  . as there is post for software department also  in organisation .   Main department is the core department  for that do attempt other portions  .
Duration: 120 minutes

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: They are not gonna to see your certificates  , They are even not much interested in your CGPA . 
If your CGPA is low you should have an accurate reason for that if they ask .
Tips: Your Resume should be Short and Compact  . Don't make it too large . 1 , 1.5 pages  will be enough  .
the thing which you want to show to HR majorly in your RESUME should be keep at  upper portion , it can be your qualification   , your achievements(IIT rank , KVPY etc.)  or whatever you feels sholud be on top.  you should have deep knowledge about your projects and internship . Each and every thing thing written in your RESUME should be clear to you  and able to explain to them .

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Easy not much stress .
Tips: Be confident  . try to give your different point of view of a particiular thing  .  don't stop suddenly while saying anything .
Duration: 120 minutes

Round: Problem Statement
Experience: not a easy question as i am not able to give accurate answer. 
HR will give some time to solve the problem .
Tips: Try to give answer.  even if you don't know try to give different explanation for it  . give 3-4 different explanations.  always trying to solve the question .

Round: HR Interview
Experience: little bit tough . Your anwer should be different . it should not be copied from somewhere .
depends on how you know yourself.
Tips: Have smile on your face . Give all answer with smile . don't hesitate . Give each and  every answer . 
be fluent . let the HR complete the question and then answer.

Round: Technical Interview
Tips: go through depth  in C .  knows the basic concept of each chapter .  give complete explanation .  be accurate .

General Tips: Be confident and smile on your face .
Skills: C , EDC, MATLAB, Control system

good seniors review . Also have chance to go abroad  in early days .
Funny Moments: HR had taken about  90% interview while thing me as other student , as he didn't took my RESUME .  by in the last he told the wrong name . I made correction to him by saying that sorry sir it's my mistake that i haven't give you my RESUME  . but actually he hasn't took my RESUME  . means i admire my mistake infact its his mistake  .
