Round 1 - HR

  • Q1. The HR round was great Mr Rohit was very polite and understanding.
  • Q2. Site head round was very rude and was trying to show he’s a brand which actually in fact he’s not. Rude behaviour and sense less answers
  • Q3. Third round was cluster head making faces and was not interested at all taking interview

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Mr. Sanjay kale thinks he the one who’s working with a brand like Oberoi and would achieve every number in sales. He says hook or crook whatever the situation is he wants he’s given target to be completed. Firstly I must say look at the construction progress it’s zero - launched Miraroad project in 2023 and now it’s 2025 the excavation is also not done and he’s expecting closure of deals. If sunteck is a reputed builder then why the construction is zero till date and the quality is why deteriorating. If you say yourself a brand then do the work also like a brand. Saying a brand from the mouth is very simple but when it comes to show it ; sunteck is zero in purpose of construction and quality of construction. Seen your Naigaon project delayed possession history for years and quality is dead.
Sunteck doesn’t understand the word quality and possession.

I request candidate don’t go in sunteck because they say it’s a closing sales role and after wasting our whole day the site head Sanjay says it’s a hybrid role you have to do sourcing also which is so annoying. I doesn’t recommend this company to anyone ever.
