Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I'm very disappointed by the HR team as they took my process very long and at last they didn't select me. When I cleared the interview they were conducting my background verification where they got to know my previous company where I was working, it was BPO sector and I leave that company respectfully by giving resignation because I want to pursue my career in different field so I got to know about the position open at KPMG and I applied for it. After 1-2 weeks I got a call for interview and cleared it as well as a fresher. Later I got a mail for submitting my documents and I submitted my all the documents that I have. But they need my previous company experience letter but I don't have the experience letter because I worked there for less than 6 months and told them the same and I submitted my resignation letter, salary slips etc all the papers I have of my previous company. But they only need is my experience letter. After submitting my documents 2-3 weeks passed no update on my application I called the HR she won't even pick up my phone called the document submission team she won't picked up my phone as well wrote multiple emails no reply on that mail too. More than one month passed tried contacting them as usual no response from their end somehow luckily they picked up my phone and told me that my background verification failed because I didn't provide them experience letter. Here they could give me warning about it so that I could do something about it. Now here nothing makes sense because they selected me as a fresher but they need my experience letter I don't know why. Such a worst experience they wasted my 1 month they don't know what I felt after they rejected me after coming so far. I have no complaint about their long background verification I understand that it takes time but they should have informed me before they reject me so that I could do something so that I can clear my background verification. I just graduated this year and was very excited to work in one of the big 4 but after wasting my time and facing rejection that I don't deserve after relying on the company for so long just lost respect for me.
