Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was having 12 Year experience from Gulf so initially once given interview for this German Precast MNC, it was quit challenging. They have very big team in Germany with more experience engineers and PM's so it took 2 round based on that after i had to submit the approach and plan how i work and then it was cleared.
If you are going for the Company prepare well in PRECAST and RCC. They are very details and quality oriented German company and try be professional in complete interview process as attitude matters for them on number one priority. If not working very structured manner then it will be tough here,

They hire from top tier colleges in NCR like IIT delhi and DCE. So even if you get selected you have long way to go for conversion. They do first round based on Aptitude and then give you one research task that you need to bring solution and based on your provided approach only you have chance for next step in technical discussion.

I am working as a front-end developer for 4.5years in a same company. So I think this is the right time to switch my job. I attended F2F interview yesterday(21-01-25) at TCD, I completed two rounds of interview and wait for a while, they say you may leave now you got a call from us soon. Is they call me either I cleared the interview or not cleared it, or they call only I cleared the interview? Can I wait for the call or focus on other interview?
