Round: Test
Experience: Firstly, the companies recruitment team was there for companies introduction.
In next, they conducted written test.
In that, they divided it into two section 1. Quantity aptitude (30 questions) 2. Technical (60 questions) no negative marking.
Questions was about moderate level and the main thing is time.
From the start you have to maintain your speed.
Preparation for your test should be abreast.
Tips: Your preparation should be good according to your test.
For test your time management is more important.
Clear with your technical syllabus and with aptitude.
Duration: 90 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Experience was excellent, like we are in some parliament of India.
Everybody is fighting for there turn.
Everyone's voice is much higher than usual.
Atleast your voice should be loud enough to present your point in front of others.
Tips: They will give 5-10 minutes time for collecting some points.
Be clear with your points, do not deviate from the topic.
Your voice should be loud enough to be heard by everyone in your group.
Most important is your language, your public speaking skills, your points that you are putting in front of others.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: From the start you should present your strong points.
As I'm very much active in managing events, So I have put my strong and valid point in front of interviewer.
You should have proof's for the points you have said.
Some technical question will be asked and be clear about your points because they will try to confuse you to check your knowledge.
They will cross question you about your answer, so whatever you speak you should have full knowledge about that topic or subject.
In last they will give you real life job situation and ask you that "what you will do in this type of situation?"
Your answers should be diploamatic.
Try to convince them with your answers.
Tips: Be clear with your thoughts and with your points.
Do not get nervous just clear throat and start giving your answer.
Be patience, do not argue, calm and compose.

General Tips: Most of people get nervous and make mistakes.
Do not get nervous this is not the last company in the world.
Many more company's will come.
