Salary Incremant. For increment releted not any polices of HR in IRB ony 3% to 8% Equly all empolee Promation...at least other company 3 year compalsory promation but...IRB not anythinng this. Resign..after the resignation letter the person does not talk once HR. what is the problem. Notice period of 3 months, without salary..3 baad full and final milega. jo ki galat hai..others company's not this type policy salary hold etc...Read More

Worst company, No employee benefits from company. This job are third party pay roll on IRB company, No insurance hase provided Canteen facility not available also coffee machine is not proper. In all over you find cockroach.
