Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: Got a call from one of the consultant that accenture hiring C2H recruiter role and i attended the interview. Initial round is welcoming the candidates, there are 2 persons who shows more attitude towards candidates, one guy wear specs (forget name), anyway that is his own style and we are leave it.

General Tips: Please keep informed / remind to accenture HR & COORDINATOR's lazy people, if they said you got shortlisted and wait for some time. One of the branded company is having cheap / lazy on role HR persons from TOP UNIVERSITIES.

He was not fit for the role atleast he is not asking any questions to the candidates just he asked tell me about ur self while telling also he was busy with phone call and laptop also only candidate candidate express there experience but he is not even asking single question I have worked for Accenture for different vendor 3.5 years I kthe process I know nearly 15 POCs all pan India when he was asking only tell me about ur self y he is conducting interview for that interview I went from my home I woke up at 3Am and went for the venue 11.30 around that much risk candidates r taking and he is playing with candidates life if ur not interested to take the interview just leave the company and go compare to Accenture startup company is best because they will ask questions min 30 min they will check ability of candidates everything but the Ambish I think he is not fit for the job please don't play with any candidates
When u have that work that much busy schedules don't even conduct the interview please
