Tips: Be yourself and confident

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Tips: Psychometric test: Be Consistent with your answers. Make sure that you are not getting rejected in psychometric test. Because half of your batch will be out from process after psychometric round. Aptitude Test: Solve sample question paper provided by P&G. Few questions will repeat from sample question paper. Prepare figure reasoning very well as most of the questions will be from this section. This section is easiest if you have prepared well otherwise questions are tricky and time consuming. Interview: Be genuine during your interview. P&G interview questions and experince is easily available on internet( InsideIIM & Glassdoor)
