Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - #Genpact, Worst experience ever since I worked in this sector, One of the Recruitment executive her name is "Mahima Juyal", She is so rude and not responding on call, mail or sms, This incident happened in April month I cleared the interview and received the confirmation that I have been selected and Mahima called and asked me to share the documents so I did the same but when I asked her the status she said not received and just denied again and again I share the documents more than 7 times, At last she mailed, We don't have vacancies now all the seat filled up and blocked me I followed up with her more than 40 days and I was not joined another organization because of this scenario and Mahima Juyal also threatening me that if you raise this concern with my manager I will not proceed further, I totally broken heart after this incident and lost my job even I cleared my interview, Thanks Mahima Juyal and team Genpact for this experience 🙏
