Strength & Weakness: mostly we explain about Honesty, Truthfulness etc as strength but try to understand we require to give business ethical values rather than moral values. We should mention Loyalty & Business Etiquette, Discipline etc.
Weakness should be in such a manner that it will not harm the organization. In short a distort form of your strength.
