Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Know your immediate reporting manager well before joining. Research about him. "Him" Because there are only males in senior leadership positions in sales and my area manager was a terrible human being. I left the job because of his constant nags n pickings. He was disliked by mostly all but no one could say anything to him. He was More of a dead fish in the sea.
