Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They dont even check your knowledge they just casually ask you some questions like your Family background what work is needed to be done if you get hired nothing else. No knowledge check no interest check not even chair to sit if you're giving an interview. If you'll be working on ground you have to find a chair first who usually gets stoled by people working there being lazy.
And the worst part is your manager who himself/herself is applying somewhere else and expecting you to do his/ her all the job expecting heavenly neat and clean work. Just sitting in the AC cabins not even visiting fields and all the garbage on you.
