Round: Group Discussion
Experience: It initially became fish market but later on as people finished points (obviously they didn't allow me to speak) I came out with points that entire group was amazed to see . That's the point in GD Where you feel you will be definitely selected.
Tips: 1.   Always in a GD think the points that you believe large masses will not be able to think.Consider it as flock of sheeps vieing for the a debate with similar points while you are having some really cool points that an HR always wants to see.2. Speak less but speak more in terms of facts , Figures , Analysis . Give Others a Chance

Experience: In Case Discussion we were presented a case and we were told to order 20 different things according to the importance in carries in the case.This was a less fish market but people in all were heavily bashing as there points were not being taken . There were fights for number 1 position as well :P
Tips: Same as that in a GD  . In CD a Recruiter sees the reasoning behind why you want to place some things first than other things later . ALways reason out why you believve your ordering not just give the numbering .

Experience: You will be asked to answer 40 mcqs in 20 mins . No technical or gk questions were asked . All are moderate apti questions only.
Tips: Practice regularly , time is the key factor to win so try to solve as many questions as possible in minimal time
Duration: 20 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Selected candidates in written test are formed into groups for group discussion . In this a topic will be presented by the panel and you are asked to discuss the topic ( topic can be any general topoc ). After that again a situation will be presented to you, in that you need to take a side and should explain your views supporting them.
Tips: Always try to initiate the discussion at first place . If you dont have a proper knowledge about the topic listen to the person who initiated it and be the second person to talk.
Duration: 10 minutes

Round: Technical + HR Interview
Experience: My interview starts with very common question that is " tell me about yourself ". After that panel asked me many questions on my internship . Afterwards they asked me about my favourite subjects . Panel asked me more questions from automobile engineering and for my other competetors they asked questions from manifacturing technology .
Tips: Always be prepared with a good knowledge on atleast 3 subjects and those 3 must be related to the job your applying for. Always give your answer firlmy . Be thorough with your basics . Gain good knowledge while doing your internship. It will helps a lot .
