Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't waste time Hr has no answers , marketing head gives brief saying they want disruptive ideas but fears when discussed with italian team head buisness head ask person wrong question asking to creative manager roles and responsibility business analyst company is not clear about what role they offering and what they want hire they asked all my documents Pay slip letters even took compatibility test which i cleared 48 days long process making presentation giving assignment cleared all rounds infact final and they last thing they said why you asking such a salary of 15lpa to person who works as creative director having 9 years core industry experience worked with 3000 plus brands internationally i felt bad as they don't have work policy no paper it looks professional but worst part they just use your ideas and they dont hire you
