I did not feel anything Good in this company. Hire An Employee and sign a bond from him/ her. And then Fire him from the company before the bond ends. After that they Ask to pay the remaining Rupees

1) This company is not an IT company, SO It's my humble Request To the Tester And developer please do not apply here in this company. And do not waste your time here. I got Call From HR dept for Testing profile but after selection they made me to do Calling job. 2) When I asked for documents after leaving the job they asked me 75000 Rupees. And mailed that exit process and document will be received....Read More

They play with candidates careers, egoistic leadership and unprofessional communication. L&D head is good but senior leader from HR team Mr. Mandar Tomhre dominates candidates.

Dislikes

Just be aware the ask you to sigh a bond in 2025. If you have patience of 3 months give interview. They are looking for slave and not employee. HR leader is rude and unethical. They do not release offer. They may ask you to work on retainership.
