Their behavior was often rude, and they showed little interest in addressing employee concerns. Important queries were either ignored or handled with a dismissive attitude, which made it difficult to resolve even basic issues.

The lack of professionalism and empathy from the HR team was one of the major reasons for my dissatisfaction with the company. HR plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy workplace, and this team unfortunately failed in that regard. I hope the organization takes steps to improve its HR department for the benefit of current and future employees.
