Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Experienced job seekers or skilled professionals must ask about their immediate reporting person/senior/colleague's skills before accepting any offer !

As an existing IT professional or senior, one must have good knowledge or certification of one of the Technologies like Microsoft, Windows, Linux, Mac, VM, Cloud, CLI, Cisco or relevant Networking, AD/DC model, Ticketing and Automation tools etc with mandatory training of COC, InfoSec, PSH etc, as these are widely used in most of the infrastructures.

But having just a B.Tech as your senior or colleague doesn't mean that he/she is familiar with these technologies.

Make sure that your immediate senior or colleague having such knowledge. It creates respect to each other, better understanding, good communications, good working environment and so on..

Because unskilled often do office politics to survive and to maintain their seniority/Boss like behaviour. They try to blame the new joinee infront of the users by restricting generic services or misutilization etc.

So before accepting any offer, job seekers should discuss about these things with the management to have a good working environment as well as for LTS facilities.
They should also discuss about their roles and responsibilities too.
