Round: Test
Experience: There are two sections ....1) verbal 2)analytical and reasoning. paper was little bit tough. i didn't remember the type of questions.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR was very cool and friendly. He asked me general questions like "tell me about ur self","have u done any teamwork" etc and then he asked me about my favourite subject.Then he asked me to explain the subject considering him as an 8th class student. Then he asked me about my family background. And the interview was about 30mins.

General Tips: You must be very cool while facing interview and u should ur confidence and interest towards the company.

Question types can be divided into following categories:

Tips: if you are answering correctly then they will take you even deeper until you yield (cross questioning) :O but dont worry, speak only if you know the correct answer. be confident and honest (they will help you).

Experience: PART ONE: Verbal Ability, uses of articles (a, an, the) and a RC. 
PART TWO: logical reasoning, standard IQ type Questions, was simple. 
PART THREE: An essay, one out of two, one choice was nuclear deal and the other was education system in India.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Some regular puzzles were given, which were easy. A discussion on internship work.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: They are looking for people with good aptitude, very good communication skills and strong desire to learn. Also, someone with good academic record and clear career goals.
Tips: Do not panic in the interview.

General Tips: For GD, improve the content by reading and/or discussing among wing mates. Don't be aggressive but be assertive and ENERGETIC.

Experience: CGPA + resume + online test - based shortlisting

Experience: Online Test:Quant, DI, verbal, and coding45 minutes coding + 15 minutes verbal + 30 minutes quant
Tips: Time constraint will be the major problem. CAT preparation would sufficeBrush up your coding skills- concentrate in either C or C++ or whichever language you're comfortable withE.g.: The coding question- Write a function to find if a number is palindromeBrush up through basic data structuresGraph theory and few sorting algorithms

Tips: Be thorough with the work done in your internships and projects. Be ready to answer why you are interested in the company.Maintain your confidence level in the interviews. They also look for good communication skills, and even leadership, which is evident from the way you conduct yourself through the interview.Practice quant questions, prepare answers for all the basic HR questions.Coding, go through sorting algorithms, FOR, Graph theory.Digital IC design is very important courses. Experience:  Written test was CAT based primarily with no negative marking.
Tips: Almost everyone felt the time crunch., but the key is to maintain focus and yes no negative marking so informed guesses are a must.Prepare well for the test especially Quant+ RCs+DI.
Duration: 60 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: GD was case study based. We were divided into groups of 8 and then we were allotted around 20 minutes to discuss the problem among ourselves and then finally come up with a solution which was to be demonstrated on a flip-chart and then was to be presented in about 8-10 min
Tips: Prepare for case studies from HBS Case Study and Wetfeet Case Study guides.
Duration: 30 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Only one round of interview was conduced. It was mostly HR based and the resume was discussed along with some common questions like the biggest failure and sucess in life, etc.Only one technical question was asked & the interviewers were very supportive and encouraging.
Tips: The key is to be yourself and take your time to properly frame the answers and then reply withconfidence.

Experience: I had a good attitude in the interview, was always confident and smiling even when they were trying to put stress. Secondly i was very true and genuine in whatever answers I gave and that worked positive for me

General Tips: For interview which was mostly CV based it is important to know every line of your interview. Some people wrote projects on their CV which they were not through with. So its very important to be aware of each and every line of your CV.Don’t be very aggresive and don’t enter into unnecessary details regarding the job. Be calm, humble and flexible during your Interview. speak few good points in GD and don’t make it too noisy.
