I applied via Superset and was interviewed in Feb 2022. There were 3 interview rounds.

Round 1 - Aptitude Test 

Prepare all the Arithmetic topics and Reasoning topics and English concepts.( Arithmetic: Profit & loss, percentages, ratio & proportion, trigonometry, geometry, etc. Reasoning: Blood relation, puzzles, coding & decoding, series, number system, calendar, clock, analogy, etc. English: Voice, Passage & comprehension, speech, correct the sentences if necessary, etc....this all listed all very important topics other than that cover all the required topics according to the syllabus)

Round 2 - Technical 

(2 Questions)

  • Q1. For this technical Interview the interview will completely based on your Resume. They will ask the technical questions which you mentioned in your resume. In resume I have mentioned my technical skills a...

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Well prepare for the Aptitude test it will be very easy when you prepare all the basics in each topic, especially dress well in the interview whether it is online or offline interview, be confident, put a small smile on your face, don't show them as u don't know the answers or you feel fear, be cool, more important don't lie if u don't know the answer for any question just reply them as u don't know but don't say don't know for every question you must have to be well prepared, don't say answers too long they just expect a small answer try to say one line answers that should be simple and clear. Lastly all the very best for my juniors. I hope my answers will help you some what. Don't be too panic there are ample of opportunities and companies to settle. Novartis Job Offer
Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed). I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed). Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience? Would appreciate your suggestions! Any answers from people working at Novartis pls ?
