Round: Test Experience: We can answer the verbal & nonverbal questions if we follow the book of R.S.Aggarwal. (most imp. Be cool while writing the exam & dont get tensed up if u r not able to answer, because if It is tough to u then it is tough to rest also..) for cts there will not be any negative marking as long as he mentions so take the advantage(in our paper it was not mentioned any where & when i asked them they did not reply to me) but i took the adv. Though many of them did not attempt.
Round: Technical Interview Experience: As of my experience CTS & Infosys companies does not focus much on technical side, if the basics are perfect of your branch its more than enough. You must be good atleast in C language.
Round: HR Interview Experience: Both INFOSYS & CTS companies test your communication skills, more than that your confidence in what answer u say to them( be frank while giving the answer, because even it is a positive aspect on your part if u tell the truth they feel that u r honest & accepting your faults, which is the first step of correcting your self). u r graduate from JNTU campus are u not place there? if u r placed then why u did not join there ? in what way do u think u r useful to our company as u r from m.tech? why u r not trying for core job? they asked me about my extra curricular activities (where i represented at university level or not? who is the current champion ? why that only ?) they asked me about the variations in % in ssc, inter, b.tech &(why u did not get class top?) asked me about to explain about one of your memorable incident in your life( imp. that u tell what did u learn from that incident) asked how u will organize an event(national level symposium)? to the question as i said above (how u will organize a national level technical symposium?) for the answer i gave actually his face was little bit angry & asked is that the way you organize a national level event? (but i answered YES SIR,as far as i know that much only sir) when i came out that i thought i will be not selected but to my surprise my name was there in the selected candidates list( I don't know what he thought & selected me , but my friends told me that he might be checking your confidence level). Tips: Even if u feel disappointed in the panel by the expressions of the interviewer be confident.
Skill Tips: At the outset i can tell that what all they asked me is some or the other way related to what i mentioned in my RESUME(eg. I have mentioned that i was a coordinator of a symposium in my B.Tech, i was a captain of table tennis in b.tech), so first be prepared to answer anything from your RESUME(see that he is satisfied with your answer) once again I say that "BE COOL & CONFIDENT". Wishing u all the very best for your campus & each one of you get placed in the job/company you want. College Name: NIT WARANGAL
