The final round of interview was with riya (You can search her name in LinkedIn as Riya ciel it would appear) the worst ever HR I have ever seen. She doesn't even know when her company was started and she should have some common sense before attending an interview and I couldn't forget her awkward smile at the end.

Experience: Subjective & objective questions based on HR Recruitment & English Grammar.

General Tips: I went for an Interview in #PeopleStrong HR Services Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon for the role of HR Recruiter. The Interview went damn superb, cleared all the prior rounds. In the Final round, a Chinese lady told me, Sir You're over qualified for this role. You should apply for a managerial role instead of a entry level profile. (In my mind - I was like WTF just happened?) They asked to come for an interview, I went on the same day, invested the whole day including travelling charges and got nothing, seriously. I replied, no issues, I smiled and left the office. That's what a true gentlemen will do as it's not the end, try till you achieve your goal.

A Bunch of Female recruiters with a terrible accent will call you for an interview never ever attend or try to join this company. This company is one of the illiterate managers who have been kicked out from other organisations. Many have joined and left in less then 2 months. This place is well known for TOXICITY. They will never make you permanent after probation. Ignore this company at any cost. Join a better company or else this company will make your life miserable.
