I am working as a front-end developer for 4.5years in a same company. So I think this is the right time to switch my job. I attended F2F interview yesterday(21-01-25) at TCD, I completed two rounds of interview and wait for a while, they say you may leave now you got a call from us soon. Is they call me either I cleared the interview or not cleared it, or they call only I cleared the interview? Can I wait for the call or focus on other interview?

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Good to work with the same but need to improve software side and higher official need to give some more important for BMs and over looping of bellowed employees are acceptable and this will create problem to all the superiors.And no over looping need to happened.

There should be some basis criteria for getting incentives for GLOs also so that other products also will get movement and branch will run smoothly and equal promotion will be there for all the employees and not only for GLOs.

Culture was good and infra was good and things are getting done was good.

Otherwise the bank is good to work.
