Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2.
I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY?
There are other offers.

Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet)
But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please consider twice before accepting offer as Barclays is silently laying off permanent employees. They are so biased and have contractors in UK whom they are ready to extend paying 4 times more without much skills apparently, the reason being, the contractors are leading the team and they are cruelly biased.
