Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was hired for a different role. Which I was working for eventually. But after about 6 months things changed. I was asked to work on anything and everything which I’m not eligible for or have no experience in.
Then after talking to many other teams in the organisation they told me that cognizant work culture is that way where the project dissolves and then they move you to another process or make you do something else that you have not signed up for. So this is the work culture here. I personally coming from an agency background would suggest that working for a service based company was a bad idea.
