This was my first time in the aviation sector I got the invite on the mail I went for the interview they started with GD round there were 10 people in my round the topic we were given was " Is India ready for another pandemic " remember to start with your introduction keep your point crisp and clear and relevant try to speak as much as you can say but in a polite manner and also allow others to speak time limit is of around 10 minutes somehow i cleared this round and one more person cleared this rotfrom.my group and rest all were asked to leave.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This was my first interview in the aviation sector I was not expecting much but somehow I managed to clear first two rounds but got rejected in the third round, staying confident , speak fluent English additional language is an advantage speak to the point whatever is asked to you groom yourself well this role was of 5 years contract not sure how much salary they were offering because I tried to find this out but got no clue they said you will get yearly appraisal fo this five years but not promotion will take place and you have to stay in the same position for straight 5 years and after 5 years either your contact will extend or you will be in permanent payroll of the company or will be asked to leave but as it was my first interview in aviation sector I was quite happy even though I was not selected .
