Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Actually I gave my interview for Non voice process in Access health care . the thing is the first round was a one on one with TL and I believe have answered all his questions well but he rejected me without any proper reason when I raised this issue the Hr said it's their criteria I don't know what their criteria falls on if they such criteria they can highlight them before the interview. I wasted an entire day for a company that doesn't even give a proper response. I would be satisfied if they had stated any thing that I lack . But their answer was "its their personal criteria" I don't know what their personal criteria. This made me loose my confidence
