Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Ask your interviewer for which process they are hiring. If it's transition/ pilot process be ready for horrible things for first 4-6 months. Once transition successfully done, attrition is there, on an average a minimum of 30% of attraction is there. So after six months they will remove from process, ask you for IJP. If you don't clear those in few attempts, You are out of organisation.

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
