Round: HR Interview
Experience: Interview started with HR, and went straightway to a case from the FMCG sector. It was a little tricky but doable. The company’s profit margin had to be compared to the industry average and some knowledge of various ratios of this industry, helped give valuable insights.

Experience: This was taken by the company HR.

Round: Case Study Interview
Experience: For the case, He had made a confusing diagram. I didn’t not get into the mathematics, and asked basic questions about the motive of the magician. Why is the food going inside the well etc. I also listed down the questions related to mathematics on a piece of paper.

General Tips: Prepare HR answers well in advance. Prepare “Do you have any question for me?”

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They checked only your confidence.....Interviewer was a lady...She just asked me to explain my final year project and the project on which I was working during my 6 months Internship Program (As I am MCA guy). then she gave me a scenario. they asked me suppose you developed an application then what are the points you strongly recommended while developing an application....I explained completely. She was impressed from my answer. I cleared tech round..

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Very normal.. HR was very young and seem younger than me in age... :Tell me about yourself...

Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: Questions were mainly based on cat pattern...its a cakewalk for those people who have practiced cat questions...
Duration: 180 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: If you even express your opinion once and clearly you will get shortlisted..
Duration: 15 minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Tech interview happened after the HR interview. The tech was a breath of fresh air I was absolutely comfortable throughout the interview.One should direct the interviewer towards your strength. I directed my interviewer towards management consulting which was my forte as I did my internship in KPMG. He was quiteimpressed and rest of the discussions were more personal rather than technical like why do u want to join accenture being a chemical engineer? and asked about the achievements and stuff.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The interviewer asked about my hobbies. I said sports luckily the interviewer was also into sports so we had a nice discussion about the favourite sports player. They were just looking for good communication skills, which was again a cakewalk.

General Tips: Brush up C++ and OOP concepts and be aware of your core subjects because they will simply ask which was your favorite subject.
