Accenture VS Virtusa
I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details:
Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay
Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total)
Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike.
Accenture Designation = Associate Manager
Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1st round was technical. As discussed with HR, 2nd round was supposed to managerial round but at the time of interview, the interviewer only asked technical questions and it was purely technical round.
There was no HR round or any salary or location discussion with HR at all and they released offer letter and I got the mail regarding it.
When I tried to reach out to HR I got completely ghosted out and got no reply yet till now.
