Salary fixation based on existing salary only not efficiency and qualifications and hike & appraisal will be provided but not on time as per company policy.
Appraisal and hike will not satisfied.
Company policy favourable for management only not employee.
(Eg: Average price increment percentage for all essential goods like Fule, Edible oil, Pulces, Milk, All readymade foods and transport cost average annual increment percentage should be 25% based on Govt. Budget but employee annual increment will be 7 to 10% only based on company policy)
