Experience: The Senior Manager made me wait for over 3 hours and called me to the discussion even without looking at my profile and asked me if I was carrying a copy of it. He skimmed through the profile asking some questions and said the interview was over.

General Tips: Heard that ADP is a nice place to go work but the interview process is very poor.
