I'm a full-time graphic designer with 2 years of experience and almost done with my UI/UX course. Iโ€™m planning to transition into a UI/UX role. My current salary is 20k per month. What would be the salary expectation when applying for UI/UX positions?

Is salary hike on promotion is correct
I joined BT 2 years back as Level E Finance Analyst at 14 LPA, last year got increment in double digit Percentage, now got promoted to Level D Finance Specialist and got hike of 35% is this hike good, I have 6.5 years of experience. My profile domain is Finance (FP&A). Also looking at my work, I got mid year appreciation bonus as well apart from performance bonus which we get at time of appraisal. Also I have offer before my promotion from one of top 10 tech company globally of 50% hike on my Level E salary. My doubt is this, did I did right staying with my current organization.
