I think you should be looking at something around 6-7 LPA, maybe even a bit more. With your experience, you're bringing a lot to the table. Don't undervalue yourself!

I'd say aim for a salary range of 6.5-7.5 LPA. With your skills and experience, you should be able to command a good salary. Just be confident in your abilities and negotiate for what you're worth.

With 2.5 years of experience in Mapping and Research, you’re in a solid position to switch roles. You should definitely aim for a package in the range of 6-7 LPA, especially if you're looking for growth and a better role.

For a similar role, I’d suggest aiming for around 6 LPA minimum. If you’re moving to a more technical role like data engineering or product management, you could aim for 8 LPA or more.

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
