Seeking Guidance
I have been working in a small company where I am playing following role such as Project manager, Service Delivery Manager, Business development manager, Content creation for Digital marketing activities, Recruitments, Escalation manager, Operations manager and Office Administration. We have only 5 to 6 customers, and one of our major customer has cancelled the contract. As a result, I have to get in to digital marketing and business development activities. Though, I brought a customer and few leads, my ideas were been questioned a lot and being doubted. Also, handling multiple responsibilities is getting stressful for me and I got hypertension.
Overall I have got 9 years of IT exp, Currently, I am getting 15L in Coimbatore. I have not received any hike for this year. But I have been Incentive about 2L for the business that I brought.
Can you please guide me, what approach I have to take to go up in my career ladder? Does MNCs looks for a specific role rather than these many roles?

Nine years of IT experience is impressive... How do you see your career growing from here? MNCs prefer specific roles, or can you still climb the ladder with this wide range of experience?

Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary
