IBM or Capgemini please help!
My location change request for IBM has been approved and he has sent me the revised offer. Now he is asking me to put my resignation and send that mail to him asap.
However my Capgemini offer is also in the pipeline for 21.5 LPA and I am yet to receive that offer. iBM's offer is 16.5L. I really need help in deciding.
1. Is it okay to ask for compensation revision to IBM when they have already approved for location change? Will it look too much to ask?
2. Which company do you suggest to join? IBM or Capgemini? I am looking for long term commitment so job security and WLB. Please help! 🙏🙏🙏

Generally, IBM is known for its stability and has a long history, which can provide job security. They often have structured career paths and opportunities for professional development. However, some people find the work culture can be a bit demanding, which could affect WLB.

If Capgemini's offer is significantly higher and aligns better with your long-term goals, it might be worth waiting for it.

Both companies have their pros and cons!
IBM might offer stability but Capgemini’s package sounds tempting!

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
