Salary negotiation & work culture at hyundai motors
Hi community members,
I recently cleared hyundai interview for talegaon plant but they have offered 24% to my last salary which is well below to my expectations considering talegaon is very expensive to my current location.
Can someone tell me whats the salary strcture for manager at hyundai with 8 years of experience currently they have offered me 15.5 lpa.
& Also can someone tell me the workculture of hyundai (i am concerned about overstay).

Yar my brother works att Hyundai. You know what Hyundai’s work culture is structured but can mean long hours in plants. 15.5 LPA feels low for Talegaon—push for more citing relocation costs and market standards. It’s great for growth, but work-life balance might be tricky.🤷♂️

The work culture can also be tough as Hyundai is known for long working hours and high pressure if work life balance is important to you so this might not be the best option

Should I Take the Risk?
I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?
