Advice
I am currently in TCS with 1.6 years of experience in a middleware technology IBM ACE 12. It uses ESQL sort of Pl/SQL. I have high interest in backend development however due to lack of backend projects in my Portfolio I am unable to get one. Can I switch from middleware to backend? What should be my approach to deal with this?

one of my friend told me that ESQL and PL/SQL is a fantastic foundation for a backend development career.
Also highlight the accomplishments from your past job it would definitely make u a strong candidate💯

Switching from middleware to backend is hard without experience kyuki Companies want proven backend skills sp learn more and build projects first
