Salary gets on time. Fixed rules of working hours.

Dislikes

No work life balance not sure when we will get week off get's to know on every Saturday at 12-1 pm. Cannot plan any travel as gets to know late about week off. Although there are 2 week off but you don't get them together.

The only thing I like abt TP is I got my basic in-hand salary on time

Dislikes

Everything from cab issue, attendance issue, salary, OT issue you are expected to solve it all yourself. The higher ups looks at you and their customers only as a wallet to derive the most while contributing the least amount . All they care abt is sales sales sales with no actual customer services.

.... We were supposed to log in for 8 hours actual work and 9 hours staffing login. But during Big Billion Days, they made us work overtime without pay There was a lot of work pressure, and we weren't allowed breaks as per our convenience Managers didn't provide any support and were biased towards agents they liked. Later, a list came from the client saying some agents were no longer needed due to reduced call volume and March 29th was the last working day for everyone on the list.my name wasn't on it, but my ID was still deleted on March 14th. They said it was because I had a hold time of more than 2 minutes on a call due to a system issue even though I couldn't refresh the call before 3 minutes. I had mentioned everything in the notes, but they used outdated data from three months ago. If they wanted to delete our IDs for this issue, they could have given us a prior warning, but they didn't do that. Instead, they directly deleted the IDs without any valid reason. Other agents who held calls for 10 to 15 minutes and engaged in unethical activities weren't terminated And they have full support from the managers. Teleperformance is highly political, with a lot of favoritism and there's no job security.I would not want to join Teleperformance again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

If I Say company is a good And Branding Company Famous as well but the Company environment is not Salary deduction So much ,, Senior person not performing their duties well 😔 couldn't respect a Employee 😔 I will suggest please join other Companies but Don't join Teleperformance Company

...sguided by trainer, in day 1 recruiting for TCD, in day 4 transfer to Primary... Salary hold for no reason... The total job is dependent on customer response i.e Yes, No. If you get no...Tl will forcefully do logout for 1hr and mark as half day present. And you will get half salary. Client service is not so good, delivery partners are failing to give service...for that reason customer give NO but it shows in my bucket.. In certification phase the total authority want to send you back to the home, only some trainers are trying to do their job bt the management team don't want any employee after 3-4 months. 70% of the training batch got terminated due to various reasons.. At 1st month of training nothing happened...like no training done...2nd month training started.... only 8days training done(u'll nothing learn). After this u have to take calls for 4-6 hours...for 2wks. After this u have to take full time calls(8:30hrs). Many times you will try to certify yourself...bt they give you false reasons & keep you in training position... I this situation the TL & maneger are giving you very bad treatment, i.e misbehave, pressure, logout, mark half day present, misleading information, At any cost they will terminate you. Then same happens with the next batch. Huge hiring bt after 3/4 months all are terminated. No job security, salary hold issue.. scamming people, makeing peoples career bad.
