Rude behaviours from Senior Hr...and senior TL as well as Managers...they treat employees as " We pay you ...you need to follow out our orders at any cost... even if are sick... Even after providing the medical certificate they ask to come and join the office ". Am saying this for TL and Manager's...and Hr are in different levels...they just ignore all the matter.!

I was working in TP for 3 months and these months they are making excuses to release my salary. They said waiting salary for three months is impossible, to verify they need my bank statements I sent them but still making so many excuses. I have 1 on 1 session with managers and directors, all I get is sympathy and empathy not the salary. I wish to visit the company but they don’t allow me get gate pass. Worst experience ever.

...iate effect without Notice Period or WITHOUT PAYMENT in lieu of Notice Period" This completely shattered all the employees who were waiting for their deserved salary. WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THIS CLAUSE AS WE WERE FORCED TO SIGN THE OFFER LETTER THEN AND THERE AFTER CLEARING INTERVIEW WITHOUT ANY TIME TO READ IT OR THINK ABOUT ANYHTING. The HR were adamant to make us sign the contract without wasting any time and complete the induction right away. And, no one had this in mind that it might be fishy, and the company might scam recruiting employees and making them spend money, time and effort and then ask them to leave. So, anyone joining Teleperformance, be aware of the 8th CLAUSE and SIGN THE CONTRACT at YOUR OWN RISK. Otherwise, you'll be cheated and feel helpless like us and I believe many more who were victimized by them before. THIS IS TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE OF THEIR SCAM!

There is no growth but we will gain knowledge by working as a non voice process which I have worked. Because of health issue I dropped. it's piles which I effected with. So it's cure now permanently. So searching for new to growth more.
