...hey will give 1 month notice and person can b back to 0 searching for a new job. Team leads have no answer for any question asked and they even deduct medical insurance n Professional tax from inhand salary instead of deducting it from gross their policy is to deduct from inhand.. pathetic experience

Teleperformance company is good, and the processes which are there to work in Kolkata location is having a flexibility.

Dislikes

Working environment and management is not good in Kolkata location and the salary is very less in this company over here. And an ex employee cant rejoin in the same process. No increment in salary after one year of completion. And the promotions is happening on the basis of good terms if you have with the manager and process head. No use of giving the IJP coz partiality is thr already.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and jamming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.

...nsparent with the employees and the environment also is not employee friendly. They want to earn more and more money and don't want to pay any money to the employees.

It's good experience and gave good salary too and new talents get exposed too by many floor activities as well talent hunts also

The food was not so awsome and don't only give one particular shifts if ladies want to work . compulsory rotational is what bothers .
